Transform your education and experience into fast-track career growth. Gain real-time experience across various areas, including Biologics, Cell Therapy, Strategy & Business Excellence, Supply Chain, and more. Throughout the program, you’ll work alongside our teams to tackle meaningful challenges and help patients prevail over serious diseases.

We are no longer accepting applications for our 2026 program. If you are interested in participating in this program in 2027, please plan to submit your application starting in August 2026.

This is a full-time, 2.5- to 3-year rotational program consisting of 4 hands-on rotations tied to Global Product Development & Supply, including exposure to a manufacturing site

Learn a variety of systems and software and engage with a variety of stakeholders throughout the program

Gain exposure to key aspects of the pharmaceutical industry through seminar series, training, and travel/relocation opportunities

Program alumni continue to advance within the organization, taking on roles as mentors to new associates and even becoming rotational managers. This ensures you can always have a strong connection to the GPS Emerging Leaders Program.

Requirements & eligibility for the GPS Emerging Leaders Program

  • MS, MBA or PhD degree with a background in science or engineering; minimum GPA of 3.0

  • A desire and ability to relocate within and outside the U.S.

  • At least 2-3 years of full-time work experience in process engineering and improvement, manufacturing operations and technology, industrial engineering, supply chain, biomedical, life sciences or chemistry research

  • Demonstrated leadership and technical skills
