Transform your education and business expertise into a fast-tracked leadership career in global procurement. Work alongside strategic business partners, sourcing professionals, and supply chain experts to help deliver innovative medicines to patients around the world.

This 10-week summer internship runs from June-August. High-performing interns may be considered for our full-time Procurement Leadership Development Program following graduation.

Through hands-on projects, leadership exposure and cross-functional collaboration, you will build the skills, experience and network to accelerate your career and make a meaningful impact.

Requirements & eligibility for

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher; anticipated graduation date of 2028
  • Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Interest in pursuing a long-term career in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
  • Internship or relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, business, finance, or operations
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Kickstart your career in our full-time Procurement Leadership Accelerator Program

Upon successful completion of the internship, you may be considered for a position in our Procurement Leadership Accelerator Program, a full-time, 2.5-year rotational program designed to prepare future leaders at Bristol Myers Squibb.
