Site Essential
Built for hands-on impact.
Some of our most critical work happens on-site, every day. Site-essential roles require 100% on-site presence at your assigned BMS facility. These roles – often in manufacturing, lab research, or clinical operations – are where science comes to life in real time.
Site-by-Design
Built for collaboration, designed for flexibility.
The best outcomes at BMS happen when people come together. Site-by-design roles are hybrid roles – often across corporate, commercial, technology, and medical affairs functions – that bring you on-site at least 50% of the time at your assigned BMS facility, with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. It’s where in-person connection and individual focus work side-by-side.
Field-based
Built for impact, wherever it’s needed.
Some of the most meaningful work at BMS happens beyond our walls. These roles — often found across sales, medical science liaison, and account management functions — take the BMS mission directly to the healthcare professionals, patients, and partners who need it most. Regular travel to visit customers and attend BMS meetings and events is an essential part of the role. It’s where science meets the real world.
Remote-by-Design
Built for focus, connected to the mission.
Not all great work requires a specific location. Remote-by-design roles are structured with that in mind. These roles — often spanning highly specialized, autonomous functions across the enterprise — are performed from home or a non-BMS location. Periodic travel to BMS sites or meetings may still be required, keeping you connected to the teams and the mission that drive everything we do.
