MBA Business Development Leadership Development Program

This is a full-time, two-year rotational program designed to develop future business development leaders at Bristol Myers Squibb. At this time, there are no summer internship positions avaialble.
Gain exposure to high-impact transactions, partnerships and strategic initiatives that help shape the future direction of Bristol Myers Squibb while expanding our portfolio and capabilities.
Through meaningful deal work, executive visibility and hands-on experience across Business Development, you’ll develop the skills, network and business acumen needed to accelerate your career and make an impact on a global scale.
You’ll build a strong foundation in strategic thinking, financial analysis, deal evaluation, and corporate growth strategy while benefitting from mentorship, networking opportunities and exposure to senior leaders.
Requirements & eligibility for MBA Business Development Leadership Development Program
- MBA candidate graduating Spring 2027 and available to begin in June/July 2027
- Minimum GPA of 3.2
- 3+ years of prior professional experience
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in corporate strategy, business development, finance, or transactions
- Ability to influence stakeholders and adapt to evolving business priorities
- Experience evaluating complex business opportunities and making data-driven recommendations
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
