Health & Wellbeing

The mission of our Health & Wellbeing Team is to promote and support programmes which encourage the wellness of each and every one at Bristol Myers Squibb Ireland. All employees enter the Company Defined Contribution Pension Scheme on the 1st of January or the 1st of July each year. Employees may contribute from 0 - 5% which BMS will match in addition to the employer core contribution of 7%.

     

Bristol Myers Squibb offer employee’s highly subsidised rates in the onsite canteen, and access to high spec facilities including Gym facilities, Pilates classes and subsidised Sports and Social clubs.

In addition, employees are entitled to 23.5 days holiday each year in addition to 3 company days (a total of 26.5 days). An additional day’s leave is awarded to employee’s who have completed 5 years of service.

     

Bristol Meyers Squibb in Ireland supports flexible ways of working for our employees. We continue to encourage and promote flexibility as business needs permit.

This includes a Flexible Ways of Working Policy which provides options for employees to adjust their typical working schedules with the aim of meeting diverse lifestyle needs and priorities.

As a Bristol Myers Squibb employee working in Ireland you can benefit from flexible working hours or a more formal flexible working arrangement on a longer term basis, within the guidelines of our flexible working policy.
