As Director, Financial Planning and Analysis Commercialization, Parin and his team support the commercial organization across the U.S. and Europe, bringing financial insights that drive decisions.
“My role sits at the intersection of financial planning, business partnering, and commercial strategy enablement. It’s about translating financial insights into actionable decisions that lead to growth.”
For Parin, that’s what makes the role especially meaningful: the opportunity to influence strategy at a global scale while helping drive smarter, faster decisions.
He adds, “We are involved in critical business decision-making right at the center of the action. In addition to elevating the quality of commercial decision-making, we’re also driving standardization and digital adoption from Hyderabad that is now being implemented globally.”

Rashmi shares,
“Our mission is very clear: We deliver medicine to patients on time and at scale. We are the people behind the scenes ensuring patients receive the therapies they need.”
