Recruiter Review

Our recruiters review all the applications that are submitted. They work quickly to notify candidates if they will be moving forward in the recruiting process or if they were not a match for this specific role.

Recruiter Conversation

If you are selected to move forward, you will receive an email from Ripley—our virtual Recruiting Assistant—to schedule your first conversation with our recruiter.

 

During this call, we’ll want to get to know you a little better: Talk about your skills, your qualifications, and your interest in the role.

Team Interviews

After speaking with a recruiter, you may be selected for additional interviews with the hiring team.

 

Ripley will email you to schedule your interviews with the interview team. You’ll receive a calendar invite with the details of your interview and tips to help you prepare.

Offer Extension

When the interview process is complete, you’ll be notified if you are moving forward to the offer stage.

 

If yes, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer details and potential start date. We are committed to providing you with all the information you need to make an informed decision to accept or decline the role.

Job Acceptance

Once you’ve accepted a role, you’ll receive offer documentation from Workday, where you can electronically sign your offer and begin your pre-boarding experience.

What if I’m not selected to move forward in the process?

If you aren’t moving forward in the process, you’ll be notified by the recruiter. We encourage you to continue to search and apply for open positions that align with your unique skills, experiences, and interests.

Our Onboarding Experience:

Start pre-boarding

As with all companies, we have some pre-boarding activities that need to be completed: Receiving your onboarding guide, receiving your BMS ID, accessing our Digital Onboarding Portal, etc.

 

Plus, you’ll stay connected to your soon-to-be manager along the way. They’ll provide you with the details you need for your first day at BMS.
