Technology Rotational Development Program

Build Mad Skills - the first letters are highlighted to spell BMS

Transform your education and technology experience into fast-track career growth. Work alongside the innovative technology teams at Bristol Myers Squibb to solve the toughest IT problems and help patients prevail over serious diseases.

This is a full-time, two-year rotational program consisting of 3 eight-month rotations

Our Technology program has been running for over 25 years and has a strong network of network alumni throughout the company.

Carve your own path to create the most valuable individual experience through custom rotations, stretch assignments, trainings, workshops, volunteer opportunities, and visibility to senior leadership.

Build your desired technical and non-technical expertise with 80% of your time dedicated to rotational work and 20% dedicated to your growth and personal development.

Work with an executive sponsor, rotation sponsor and designated mentor throughout the program

Requirements & eligibility for the Technology Rotational Development Program:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Information Systems (MIS) or other relevant Master’s degree completed within the past two years

  • Minimum of three years of digital, technology or other relevant industry experience.

  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship

  • Ability to travel, if necessary

If you are a graduate student, get started as a 10-week summer intern.

Eligibility: Enrolled in a graduate program with a technology focus – such as IT, computer engineering, software engineering, cybersecurity, biostatistics or other related field.
