Finance Associates Development Program

Transform your education and finance experience into fast-track career growth. Join our finance team to develop your financial skills, tackle impactful business challenges, and help patients prevail over serious diseases.

We are no longer accepting applications for our 2025 Finance Associates Development Program.

 

If you are interested in participating in this program in 2026, please plan to submit your application beginning in September 2025.

This is a full-time, two-year rotational program consisting of 3-4 one-year rotations

This long-standing program has existed for over 40 years with the commitment to develop future leaders in our organization.

Interact with global team members to support business partnering, financial analysis modeling for strategic decision-making, brand P&L management, and investment management.

Receive early and continuous exposure to senior leaders and one-on-one coaching with the program director, rotational sponsors and mentors.

Develop your skills in financial analysis, economic feasibility, development of long-term financial plans, investment management and investor relations

Requirements & eligibility for the Finance Associate Development Program

  • A recent or soon-to-be graduate with a Bachelor or Masters degree in finance and/or accounting

  • Strong academics with a minimum GPA of 3.0

  • Demonstrated utilization of Microsoft Office in professional and/or academic setting

  • Demonstrated leadership experience within a school, extracurricular, and/or professional setting

  • Proven capability to effectively communicate within work and/or academic environments; the ability to adapt messages to suit various audiences

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship or employment visa now or in the future
