Transform your education and finance experience into fast-track career growth. Join our finance team to develop your financial skills, tackle impactful business challenges, and help patients prevail over serious diseases.

This is a 10-week summer internship that runs from June-August each year. Upon successful completion of the internship, you may be considered for a position in our full-time Finance & Accounting Leadership Accelerator Program.

This long-standing program has existed for over 40 years with the commitment to develop future leaders in our organization.

Interact with global team members to support business partnering, financial analysis modeling for strategic decision-making, brand P&L management, and investment management.

Receive early and continuous exposure to senior leaders and one-on-one coaching with the program director, rotational sponsors and mentors.

Develop your skills in financial analysis, economic feasibility, development of long-term financial plans, investment management and investor relations

Requirements & eligibility for the Finance Associate Development Program Summer Internship:

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) program, on track to graduate by Spring 2027
  • Proven capability to effectively communicate within work and/or academic environments, with the ability to adapt messages to suit various audiences.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of work experience and  strong intellectual, financial and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new and complex concepts
  • Leadership potential is highly valued, and a commitment to integrity, professionalism and teamwork is required

Upon successful completion of the internship, you may be considered for a position in our Finance MBA Associates Program, a full-time, two-year rotational program designed to prepare future leaders at Bristol Myers Squibb.
