DigITal Accelerator Development Program

This is a full-time, two-year rotational program consisting of 2 one-year rotations
Take the next step in your IT career through rotations, stretch assignments, trainings, development workshops, volunteer opportunities, and visibility to senior leadership.
Build your desired technical and non-technical expertise through high-impact rotations that enrich your personal growth and development.
Work with an executive sponsor, rotation sponsor and designated mentor throughout the program

Requirements & eligibility for the DigITal Accelerator Development Program
- Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Informatics, Software Engineering, Security and Risk Analysis, Statistics, or other major with an interest in technology.
- Graduated within the last year, or will graduate by May 2025
- Must be a U.S. citizen, have a lawful permanent residency of the U.S., or are otherwise authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
If you are an undergrad student, get started as a 10-week summer intern.
Eligibility: Enrolled in an undergraduate program with a technology-focused major – such as IT, computer engineering, software engineering, cybersecurity, biostatistics or other related field.
